University Housing is stocked with useful resources. There are seven 24-hour computer labs with 127 workstations and several printers. So, [hypothetically] if someone were to procrastinate on writing a paper that is due, they could run over to the computer lab to pull an all-nighter, without disturbing their roommate. Convenience stores (or C-Stores) are located at various campus locations to provide any kind of snacks that students may need and are great ways to satisfy those late night cravings or all day Netflix
marathons. Community kitchens are available in each residence hall. Pots, pans, and utensils can be checked out from the RA office to make home-cooked meals (even if they aren’t as good as mom’s or grandma’s), or simply to bake up an impromptu batch of cookies.
“Everything I need is within walking distance. Fountain [Dining Hall] is really nice and close by. There’s all kinds of things on campus that you can do and different resources that you can easily access.” -Matthew Roach
