The Conference and Guest Services office provides a one-stop-shop service working closely with campus partners to provide a seamless planning experience and one inclusive invoice. It is the goal of Conference and Guest Services to provide guests with the highest level of service at an affordable rate.
While staying with us at NC State, we hope you take advantage of our University Dining services. On-campus options include cafeteria-style meals, food courts and convenience stores. Also available to our conference guests are banquet and catering services for special meals and buffets.
Parking is something no one likes to worry about, so we’ve taken the worry away! If your participants plan to bring a car to campus, parking permits can be provided for a daily fee.
The University has a wide variety of recreational facilities available for conference guests. Indoor and outdoor sports and fitness equipment are available. Tennis and basketball courts and weight rooms can be part of your stay at NC State. For more information visit the University Recreation website. Also visit the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources for off-campus facility rentals.
All rooms have wired high-speed Internet access. If you would like direct access we can provide a ResNet ID for a nominal fee. We can also provide Unity computer IDs for groups wishing to use a campus computer lab.
All residence halls on campus have lounges and common areas which can comfortably accommodate 20 or more people. However, if you need more formal meeting rooms, space is available on other parts of our campus. NC State Student Centers and academic buildings offer traditional meeting rooms and classroom space.
Upon request, additional services including on-site and pre-registration assistance, off-site rental coordination, and student ambassador support may be provided subject to availability.
