  • Tri-Towers: January Journaling

    January 25, 2018  12:00 am - 1:30 am UCC 104/106

January Journaling will be hosted by CD Mackenzie and RD Brenda. The goal of this program is to help guide students on becoming more organized, increase their time management skills, and be able to reflect on their goals for the year. One of the ways that can be implemented is by journaling. We will discuss the different types of journaling such as bullet journaling and goal setting and the benefits of implementing this into their daily lives. Every student that attends this workshop will receive a free journal (while supplies last) and will be encouraged to decorate it and make it their own. At the end of the workshop, we hope residents take their journals back with them and implement some of the skills that were taught.
