The 2018 Southeastern Student Conduct Institute will be held at NC State University’s McKimmon Conference & Training Center – 1101 Gorman Street, Raleigh, NC 27606.
A block of rooms is being held at the Wolf Village Apartment Complex on the NC State main campus in Raleigh, a short walk across Western Boulevard from the McKimmon Center.
All apartments contain 4 individual bedrooms, each with a full size bed, plus 2 shared apartment bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with microwave, stove and refrigerator. Each individual guest is responsible for reserving and paying for their own room. Housing costs will be invoiced and paid separate from the conference program registration. Apartments will be assigned by gender unless specific suitemate requests are received. Guests may request to share an apartment with other participants attending the SSCI conference.
The package rate is $45.00 per person, per night. The rate includes the following:
- Private bedroom within a shared apartment at Wolf Village
- Deluxe linen package (2 flat sheets, 1 towel, 1 washcloth, 1 blanket, 1 pillow with pillowcase, and individual soap, shampoo, conditioner)
- Access to the NC State Guest WiFi network
- City of Raleigh and NC State visitor guides and maps
Complimentary Parking is available during the conference at the McKimmon Center. If you will require a residential parking permit valid at Wolf Village, please indicate that request when submitting your reservation.
