Residential Communities

University Housing communities are not just places to live, they are networks of people to learn and grow with.

When you live on campus, you’ll be at the heart of the Wolfpack nation, making it easy to be a part of all that NC State has to offer. Whether you’re looking for the close-knit community of a village or the social opportunity of a traditional residence hall, we have the housing option that’s right for you.

University Housing offers a range of on-campus housing opportunities including:

  • 20 residence halls with three different styles of living
    • 10 hall-style buildings
    • 8 suite-style buildings
    • 2 hotel-style buildings
  • 4 apartment communities on campus
  • 1 apartment community in Morehead City
  • 15 Living and Learning Villages

We also provide support for housing-related issues, helping students with resources like assistance with ADA accommodations, roommate agreements, service animals and emotional support animals.

During the summer, University Housing offers residence options to summer session students and local interns. Learn more here.
