Residence halls

  • All rates are per person and billed per semester (fall and spring). 
  • Residence Halls close during Winter Break but Winter Break housing options available for an additional charge as campus and campus services are closed during this time.
  • Costs include a furnished room, micro-fridge (pne-plug microwave and refrigerator combo), air conditioning, all utilities and laundry 
  • High-speed internet (ResNet) is required and charged separately through OIT.
  • WolfTV (streaming services) is required and is provided in all residential facilities. Residential students can also stream on their personal devices.

Wolf Village apartments

  • Each apartment has four private bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. 
  • High-speed internet is required and charged separately through OIT.
  • WolfTV (streaming services) is required and is provided in all residential facilities. Residential students can also stream on their personal devices.
  • Wolf Village closes during Winter Break but Winter Break housing options are available for an additional charge as campus and campus services are closed during this time. Pre-registration required, and additional charges will apply.

Wolf Ridge apartments

  • Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. 
  • Costs include a fully furnished apartment, all utilities and laundry.
  • High-speed internet (ResNet) is required and charged separately through OIT.
  • WolfTV (streaming services) is required and is provided in all residential facilities. Residential students can also stream on their personal devices.
  • Wolf Ridge closes during Winter Break but Winter Break housing options are available for an additional charge as campus and campus services are closed during this time. Pre-registration required, and additional charges will apply.

E.S. King Village double apartments (Undergraduate option)

  • NEW for the 2020-2021 academic year — One-bedroom, double occupancy apartments
  • Fully furnished one-bedroom units with two Twin XL beds, a full kitchen, private bath and common living area 
  • All rates are per person and billed per semester (fall and spring)
  • High-speed internet is required and charged separately through OIT
  • Apogee streaming services are required and provided in all residential facilities and to all residential students on their personal devices 
  • Residents in Buildings D, F and G must pre-register for housing over winter break, and additional charges will apply.
