NC State Resident Occupancy Policy

Except as required under federal or state fair housing laws or guidelines, including the Keating Memo’s requirement of individualized consideration for the number of occupants, the size and configuration of the dwelling, the age of the occupants, the unit’s physical limitations (e.g., septic or sewer capacity), and any applicable state or local occupancy codes, the maximum number of residents permitted to dwell in an apartment shall not exceed the following:

These furnished two-bedroom townhomes are conveniently located approximately 0.5 miles from the Center for Marine Sciences and Technology. Apartments include an updated sofa, lounge chair, dinette table and four chairs, refrigerator, stove, oven and washer and dryer.
