We commit to upholding kindness, respect, ethical decision-making, helpfulness, responsiveness, and openness in all interactions. By fostering a culture of accountability, we ensure that every team member is supported and valued.

Regardless of the context and who we are working with, we will hold ourselves and others accountable to being:
- Kind: Assume good intent and communicate it to others, support others across the entire department, regardless of unit
- Respectful: Be mindful of tone, the language we use (both verbal and nonverbal), and positional responsibility
- Ethical: Make well-informed decisions, rooted in consistency, data, and/or what is best for our department
- Helpful: Thoughtfully consider requests and maintain a spirit of generosity and appropriately allocate time, talent, financial resources
- Responsive: Respond to communications within two business days (if not sooner), share accurate information, and place an emphasis on listening more than responding
- Open: Be willing to receive & give constructive feedback to others in a timely manner
