- Eligibility: primarily for post-doctoral students and NC State faculty and staff (identified in the HR payroll system as .5 FTE or greater, active Research Scholars, or Postdoctoral)
- Availability: Studios; one- and two-bedroom apartments
- Features: Family and green spaces, convenient to main campus and centennial campuse
