On-campus residents have access to a variety of resources and amenities to enhance the residential experience.
On-campus residents have a variety of services that are included with their housing assignment including laundry machines, cable and streaming services, service desk availability and internet.
Our on-campus mail and package services and facilities work order requests allow you to receive these services in a timely manner.
Residents must agree to the community standards as part of their housing agreement. The community standards help to maintain a safe and comfortable residential environment for all students.

Residents who reside in University Housing apartments and residence halls can receive mail and package deliveries.

Service Desk Hours
Academic Year: All University Housing Service Desks are open 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. during the academic year. Contact the on-call Resident Advisor (RA) for after-hours lock-out assistance when the Service Desks are closed. Mail, packages, and rental items cannot be issued by after-hours staff.
During holidays, university breaks, and intersession periods (e.g.: Winter Break), service desks may be closed or have limited hours.
Summer Sessions: Most residence hall service desks remain closed during the summer unless specifically scheduled for group use. Service desks serving summer residents in our apartment communities are open 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. during the summer season to serve residents and summer conference guests. Contact the on-call RA for after-hours lock-out assistance, when service desks are closed. Mail, packages, and rental items cannot be issued by after-hours staff.
