Residence Halls

  • All rates are per person and billed per semester (fall and spring). 
  • Residence Halls close during Winter Break but Winter Break housing is available for an additional charge as campus and campus services are closed during this time.
  • Costs include a furnished room, micro-fridge (one-plug microwave and refrigerator combo), air conditioning, all utilities and laundry 
  • High-speed internet (ResNet) is required and charged separately through OIT.

Wolf Village Apartments

  • Each apartment has four private bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. 
  • High-speed internet (ResNet) is required and charged separately through OIT.
  • Wolf Village closes during Winter Break but Winter Break housing options are available for an additional charge as campus and campus services are closed during this time. Pre-registration required, and additional charges will apply.

Wolf Ridge Apartments

  • Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. 
  • Costs include a fully furnished apartment, all utilities and laundry.
  • High-speed internet (ResNet) is required and charged separately through OIT.
  • Wolf Ridge closes during Winter Break but Winter Break housing options are available for an additional charge as campus and campus services are closed during this time. Pre-registration required, and additional charges will apply.

E.S. King Village Double Apartments (Undergraduate Option)

Buildings A, B, C, D, H and O

  • Qualified undergraduate students
  • One bedroom, double occupancy apartments
  • Shared bedroom with shared private bathroom, kitchen, and living room
  • Furnished with 2 Twin XL, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, dining table/4 chairs, sofa, tv stand
  • All rates are per person and billed per semester (fall and spring)
  • High-speed internet (ResNet) is required and charged separately through OIT
  • Residents in Double Occupancy units must pre-register for housing over winter break – additional charges will apply
