Coastal Quarters

Acquired and renovated by NC State University Housing in 2016, Coastal Quarters is exclusively available for researchers and NC State students studying at the Center for Marine Sciences and Technology (CMAST) located in Morehead City. Housing at Coastal Quarters is available on a semester-basis for students enrolled in full time course work at CMAST and on a nightly basis for short-term researchers, visiting scholars and graduate assistants completing work with CMAST faculty. Conveniently located just off US 70, these furnished two-bedroom townhomes are located approximately 0.5 miles from the CMAST building.
