Conference Rates

Summer conference rates are updated yearly.

Conference Season will run from Wednesday, May 19 to Wednesday, July 28, 2027.

REU and Intern housing will run Wednesday, May 19 to Saturday, July 31, 2027. Early arrivals and late departures (past 10:00 AM checkout) are not permitted.

Halls and Suite style buildings 

  • Single Rate – $36.00 per night
  • Double Rate – $25.00 per night

Apartments

Wolf Village or Wolf Ridge

  • Standard Rate – $43.00 per night
  • Extended Stay (30+nights) – $37.00 per night

Grant Funded Programs

Must be internal North Carolina State University Programs paying with a project ID that starts with a “5”

  • Single Rate – $33.00 per night
  • Double Rate – $23.00 per night
  • Single Apartment Extended Stay (30+ nights) – $23.00 per night 

Linen 

  • Full Linen Package – $26.00 per person
    • Includes 1 Pillow, 1 Pillowcase, 2 Full Sheers, 1 Blanket, 1 Towel, 1 Washcloth
  • Deluxe Linen Package – $31 per person
    • Includes full linen package plus 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 soap

Change Fees

Applies to changes made after the final 14-Day GTD Meeting (e.g., roster updates, meal adjustments

  • 14-8 days prior to check in – $50 per request
  • 7-1 day prior to check in – $200 per request

Keys, Lockouts, and Access Cards

  • Lost Access Card – $30.00 per Access Card
  • Excess Lockout Response (4th Lockout and beyond) – $75.00 per call

Lock Recore Charges

North Hall or Avent Ferry Complex

Only Room Key is Lost – $150

Wood Hall

  • Only Room Key is Lost – $150
  • Suite Key is Lost – $275
  • Room and Suite Key are Lost – $425

Suite-Style Halls

  • Only Room Key is Lost – $150
  • Only Suite Key is Lost – $225
  • Both Suite and Room Key are Lost – $375

Hall-style Halls

Only Room Key is Lost – $150

Wolf Village and Wolf Ridge Apartments

  • Only Room Key is Lost – $150
  • Only Apartment Key is Lost) – $200
  • Both Room and Apartment Ket are Lost) – $350

Replacement Key

A damaged replacement key will cost $6.50.

Service Charges

Applies to dining, space rentals, parking, transportation, etc.

Coordination Fee – 6% of Total Cost

Outdoor Space

  • Lee Field
    • Half Day (4 hours or less) – $250.00 
    • Full Day (Greater than 4 hours) – $450.00
  • Lee Park 
    • Half Day (4 hours or less) – $100.00
    •  Full Day (Greater than 4 hours) – $175
  • Volleyball Court/ Courtyard Space – $30.00 Daily Rate

Academic Space

Reserved through Registration & Records. Room assignments are finalized after summer session schedules are set (typically April).

  • Initial Space Request Fee – $160.00

Residential Meeting Space

Housing-managed spaces outside of hall lounges

  • Half Day – $30.00
  • Full Day – $60.00

Listed below is is the Summer 2026 rates. Summer 2027 rates are still being determined. Billed as charged, plus 6% service fee
