Guest Housing

NC State seeks to offer a convenient and affordable option for short-term guests to the university’s main campus.

Guest apartments are available in several communities across NC State’s campus and offer a variety of levels of service and amenities. The majority of our guest housing units are located at E.S. King Village and feature independent one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments with an efficiency kitchen.

Guest Housing Availability

As part of ongoing operational updates within University Housing, we are implementing a new reservation process and refining our Guest Housing apartment offerings.
Reservations are currently being accepted for stays through May 11, 2026.

Guest Housing will temporarily pause operations after this date and will reopen in August 2026.
More information about the updated process will be posted here this summer.

Thank you for your understanding as we enhance the Guest Housing experience.
